2. Payments, Service Outcomes & Refunds
Payments are not processed through this website. Billing is handled via Chase Bank/HubSpot invoicing.

Refund Policy: Due to the technical nature of labor and equipment installation, payments for completed labor are non-refundable. Parts and equipment are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. If you are unsatisfied with a repair, you must contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution.

Service Outcomes: While we perform all repairs and installations using industry best practices, NWA Dental Tech does not guarantee that equipment will remain free from future malfunction or failure. Dental equipment contains complex electrical and mechanical components, and additional issues may arise after service due to wear, manufacturer defects, or unrelated system failures.

All original content on this site—including logos, PDF rate guides, marketing materials, and website design—is the property of NWA Dental Tech. You may download our rate guides for internal business use only. You may not reproduce or use our branding for commercial purposes without written consent.
